Jordan's management philosophy was developed in the small hardware store business where you knew customers personally, service was paramount, and everyone pulled together as a team. Jordan has brought as many of these qualities to Bolt Depot as possible.
Jordan is equally comfortable talking product strategy, shipping packages, or emptying trash. He believes in recruiting the best people for the job and providing them with a pleasant working environment.
As General Manager, Gary works with each department's manager and its staff to ensure they are working as one to maintain the level of excellence that our customers expect from us.
Director of Customer Service
As Director of Customer Service, Jason provides guidelines and suggestions for how his staff can resolve problems with orders. He also assists with laying out the website and new products to make shopping an easy and customer friendly experience.
As Warehouse Manager, Don oversees warehouse, receiving and distribution operations. He implements operational policies and procedures to keep the warehouse running smoothly.
Director of Systems Development
At Bolt Depot, he keeps improving the website and ensuring that our internal order and inventory management systems work smoothly.
As Director of IT Matthew keeps the computers, phones and other electronic systems up and running. He administers our security polices keeping Bolt Depot safe for our customers.
Director of Product Addition
As Director of Product Addition, Josh researches and sources all new product lines for Bolt Depot as well as setting up new accounts with various fastener vendors.
Director of Business Operations/Finance
As Director of Business Operations/Finance, Judi oversees inventory management, conducts pricing research and comparisons to ensure that fair pricing is offered to our customers, prices new products and does report analysis for projects. She also assists in the planning and development of strategies to ensure the financial needs and goals of Bolt Depot are met.
As Purchasing Manager Kenny oversees and maintains inventory levels while also working closely with our suppliers to ensure consistent product quality.
As receiving manager Brendan receives all incoming stock, assures accuracy, and places all inventory in its proper place in the warehouse.
Events Coordinator/Junior Systems Administrator
As Event Coordinator Ben works with the administration of each event we attend to ensure the day runs smoothly and is responsible for packing, setting up and operating events.
As a Junior Systems Administrator Ben helps to handle the day to day computer-related hiccups as well as rolling out new hardware and projects.
Director of Human Resources
Denise develops and administers various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel.
As Safety Officer, Fran ensures that Bolt Depot is a safe and accident free workplace that complies with all federal and local safety requirements. He trains staff and develops procedures for the safe usage of machinery and equipment.
